7.然后打发至中性发泡。

8.红曲粉,低粉分别过筛加入到蛋黄糊中,轻轻拌均匀至无颗粒状态面糊。

9.取三分之一蛋白霜加入到蛋黄红曲糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。

10.在取三分之一蛋白霜加入到蛋黄红曲糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。

11.最后将剩余的蛋白霜加入到蛋黄红曲糊中,也是从底部往上拌均匀。

12.烤盘铺蛋糕纸,将蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,轻轻震荡一下。

13.入烤箱,上下火160度,烘烤25分钟,每家烤箱大小品牌不一样,所设置的温度和时间也不一样。

14.利用烤蛋糕的时间,我们来打淡奶油,将淡奶油打发至九成发放冰箱冷藏备用。

15.冷切脱模,用六寸模具压出图形。

16.取一份蛋糕体,放入模具中。

17.倒入一层淡奶油,抹均匀即可。

18.在放入一层蛋糕体。

19.在倒入一层淡奶油,均匀抹平即可,然后放冰箱冷藏5个小时。

20.将慕斯蛋糕拿出来,表面撒一层红曲粉,切块,成品图来一张。
